Welcome home to Sandy Cove! This home is privately owned and maintained. We are only in our second year of renting (constructed in 2024) within the award-winning Ocean Lakes Campground. We are located directly on a pond and are conveniently located within walking distance (5-6 mins.) of the beach, pool, AND campground store.

Our home offers 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, Twin Bunk Bed), sleeping 6 comfortably. A pull out couch does accommodate a 7th guest, but it will be tight. Blankets will be supplied, but other linens (sheets, towels, kitchen linens) will not be included. Two full baths (along with an outdoor shower) will be appreciated after a day at the beach. The kitchen is open concept and is completely equipped. It also has a Keurig coffee pot, blender, and air fryer. We have seating inside for 7 in the kitchen. A washer/dryer combo is also offered for your use. Extended cable and Wi-Fi are supplied. A total of 5 intelligent TVs are in the home: one in each bedroom, the living room, and in the outdoor living area downstairs. A various assortment of board games can also be found in the living room.

Outside, you can fish directly from the back porch as we overlook the pond. The stilted home provides plenty of covered outdoor entertaining space and parking for up to 3 cars. The covered area makes a great space for unloading your car or hanging out in the rain. If you have additional cars or a huge trailer, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee applies). Savor using the gas grille or just calming outside while watching TV. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Upstairs, there is a entirely furnished front porch that also has a gate to enclose the area so you don’t have to worry about your little ones tumbling down the steps. You will also find a private owner’s deck on the upper level of the back of the home to savor the pond, early morning sunrises and sunshine during the day. There are two outdoor eating areas, one by the pond downstairs and one on the upper front porch. Both of these tables seat 6.

Items to Note:
• Renters must be 25 or older to book our home and must be present during the entire stay.
• min. occupancy is 7.
• We have a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental from June – August.
• We provide beach chairs and sand toys for the kids.
• A golf cart is NOT included, but one can be rented from Ocean Lakes.
• We do NOT allow family pets.
• There is NO SMOKING inside our home. Smoking is allowed downstairs, outside as long as any trash is cleaned up and removed before you check out.
• No home events, graduation events, spring break events, etc.
• ALL cars must be parked on the concrete UNDER the home. Please do not plan to park your cars/trailer on the gravel beside the home.
• Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
• ALL OCEAN LAKES RULES AND POLICIES APPLY

PARKING PASS: REQUIRED. All guests must register with Ocean Lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass (parking fee not supplied in rental fee) and this is payable directly to Ocean Lakes. Visitor costs are $15.00 per nighttime for each car. If using Express Check-In 15 days prior to arrival date, a discount of $3 is applied, making the price $12.00 per nighttime for each car. You may request from us an Express Check-in form with your registration.
