The Space:

This oceanfront 1 bedroom condo is entirely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests savor having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.



As of 2025, all of the carpet has been removed and replaced with gorgeous LVP!



Upon entering, guests will enter through the bedroom. The bedroom features 1 king sized bed, handsome decor, dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, AC unit, blackout curtains, and closet. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.



The kitchen area located in-between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, bespoke, beachy countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are an exceptional amount of options to choose from; many of which are a short walk / ride from the Landmark. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very trendy in the area.



Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink. A rare-find in these condos, this one has a half bath as well!



Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most fashionable area of the apartment, and it features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), accent chair, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, TV with digital cable, and a dining table with stools. The entire condo has been charmingly decorated, and our guests enjoy the beachy accents! Many of our guests have spotted dolphins, whales, sharks, and other wildlife from the balcony! Past guests have also shared photos of pretty sunrises and sunsets.



The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.



Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.



While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
