If you're looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 9th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is completely furnished with 2 full size beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and outdoor pools!
As of Spring 2022, this unit has been gorgeously refreshed and features impressive, tasteful decorations and accents. The homeowner has really made this condo feel like a home away from home. New floor, fresh paint, new wall art, new linens, new accent chair, bathroom updates, and various accents have been installed! "A Wave From It All" feels so clean and comfortable, and is ideal for 2-4 guests.
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be supplied to keep food and beverages nice and cold! The homeowners installed new dishes and other kitchen silverware in 2022 as well.
The studio features 2 full size beds, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. While our guests will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundromat, and amenities, it's important to note that our guests do not have access to the food and drink outlets or the water features across the street.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
This condo is located at the Landmark Resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most appreciated attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool luxury options!

Booking the best rental home experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.
Filter your search:
- Select vacation dates and spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Landmark Resort 907 - Beautiful Updates and Tastefully Decorated! Sleeps 4! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available on booking pages. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before booking the home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If your family is bringing pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly rental. Get information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, hosts charge additional pet fees.
- Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
More considerations for your visit:
- Add the property manager's contact information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of problems.
- Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
- To ensure that no damages are linked to your family's visit, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. E-mail the host immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
