If you're looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 9th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is entirely furnished with 2 full size beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and outdoor pools!

As of Spring 2022, this unit has been gorgeously refreshed and features charming, tasteful decorations and accents. The homeowner has really made this condo feel like a home away from home. New floor, fresh paint, new wall art, new linens, new accent chair, bathroom updates, and various accents have been installed! "A Wave From It All" feels so clean and comfortable, and is ideal for 2-4 guests.

In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be supplied to keep food and beverages nice and cold! The homeowners installed new dishes and other kitchen silverware in 2022 as well.

The studio features 2 full size beds, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. While our guests will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundromat, and amenities, it's important to note that our guests do not have access to the food and drink outlets or the water features across the street.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

This condo is located at the Landmark Resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most adored attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool conveniences options!

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

Strategies for getting the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • To get the best value, consider changing your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines have coupons for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Narrow your Search:

  • Select a designated group leader, choose your trip dates, and select a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Landmark Resort 907 - Beautiful Updates and Tastefully Decorated! Sleeps 4! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking websites. If they are not listed, email the host before you reserve the property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to work out what is suitable for your vacation group.
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or charges could be applied to your invoice.
  • If there's an individual Myrtle Beach beach you love, search for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .

Advice for a wonderful stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your phone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • To ensure that no damages are linked to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas during arrival. Speak to the rental manager immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a terrific source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
