As of Spring 2022, this unit has been refreshed with gorgeous, tasteful decorations and accents. The homeowner has worked hard to make this condo feel like a true home away from home. Updates include new floor, fresh paint, new wall art, new linens, an accent chair, bathroom upgrades, and various other details. "A Wave From It All" feels clean, comfortable, and ideal for 2–4 guests.

In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) is supplied to keep food and beverages cold. The homeowners also installed new dishes and kitchen silverware in 2022.

The studio features 2 full-size beds, a closet and dresser for storage, a TV with digital cable, and an AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table with chairs, and a full bathroom.
