The close proximity to the beach along with the upgrades and the resort's amenities make this condo an economical gem where priceless memories can be made.
My rental features:
-Bedroom #1: wood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, HDTV, private bath, patio access, and ocean vistas.
-Bedroom #2: wood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, HDTV, and guest bathroom access.
-Bedroom #3: wood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, and HDTV.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, toilet paper, welcome size shampoo, conditioner and soap supplied.
-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen size sleeper couch, HDTV, patio access, and ocean vistas.
-Totally equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, silverware, and cookware.
-Dining area: dining table seating for six.
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Elevator access from parking garage.
-Myrtle Beach access just one-min. walk from condo.
-Prime location just mins. from all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, and dining.
Guest access
The whole condo except the locked storage closet. Beach front access, outdoor pool, lazy river, kids's play area, indoor heated pool, hottub, exercise center, on-site eateries, convenience store.
Other things to note
The living room has a full-size, pull-out sleeper couch.
Because we are not part of the onsite management program, we do not have access to the Water Park or the Family Fun Zone. This is a privately-owned condo inside a resort-style building. We maintain our unit, while building amenities and operations (elevators, pools, plumbing, etc.) are managed by the HOA.
About the Area
Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park. Traveling with kids? Don't miss SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
