The Space:
This grand condo is located directly on the beach, making it an ideal choice for visitors. This modren suite has been upgraded with a variety of high-end improvements, and it also has creative accents throughout. During movie evenings, watch your favorite movies on a 50-inch 4K intelligent TV from Samsung or LG, and set the scene with the best and most advanced LED lighting elements in both the bedroom and the living room. Do you need to attend to any business matters? There is no need to worry about it since there is a separate work area with plenty of space for your laptop, as well as USB and HDMI connections that connect to the T.V.. The condo's living space and bedroom both have wall paneling that is both elegant and inventive.

The kitchen has had a sophisticated makeover, with new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, designer tile backsplash, white quartz countertop and an induction burner. In this pretty kitchen that is furnished with all of the required equipment, tableware, glasses, and silverware, you should get ready to demonstrate your skills as a master chef so that you may prepare the most mouthwatering foods possible. A pleasant and intimate dining place for two individuals to use.

This suite has one bedroom and one bathroom. The master suite's fireplace and balcony make it the ideal spot to share a charming sunrise with your partner and rejuvenate for the day ahead. The lights in the bedroom are equipped with USB charging ports. The suite can sleep up to four guests thanks to its king-size pillowtop bed and the additional couch bed in the living room area. The property sits on the ninth floor, which means it has beautiful vistas.

On property, parking is available and supplied. 1-Bedroom Suites and Smaller will receive 1 Parking Permit at check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, stores, and eateries.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or eateries.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

BoardWalk is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

❃POOL BANDS❃ To ensure you have full access to the pool area, pool bands are supplied for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply.

❃NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE UNIT❃
Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250, with additional cleaning costs potentially applying. If you'd like to bring your dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grandiose are pet-friendly (restrictions apply). Please contact us directly for more information and availability. Emotional support animals are not allowed. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us at the time of booking or before check-in.

❃ROUTINE PEST CONTROL❃

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-complimentary environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 6 to 14: Pest control will take place on the first Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
