This beach home consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (queen size beds), a sleeper couch (queen size beds), and is conveniently located in section M57, across from the Sandy Mart, grille, and laundry facility. Just a short distance to the beach, at about 150yds from ocean - you'll appreciate the location. We do have WiFi . The kitchen is entirely equipped with new appliances (refrigerator/oven/stove/microwave/etc). Appreciate the lake-view from our sizable covered porch, with a gas grille, a patio table, chairs, and rocking chairs. The home also has a concrete driveway for parking. WE DO NOT FURNISH A GOLF CART

PLEASE NOTE: No family pets are allowed in the home. No smoking inside home. Absolutely no home events. All guests must register with ocean lakes upon arrival to obtain a parking pass. Ocean Lakes sets the daily parking rate. Ocean Lakes provides golf cart units. You must be 25 years or older to rent this home. No home events, no disturbances and no unreasonable behavior.
