Guests will have access to the entirety of the unit. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to communicate well with all of our guests.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-returnable damage waiver included by a third-event insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have supplied laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

There are 2 pool fobs left for guests. Please return at the end of your stay, as there is a $150 replacement fee for each fob.
