The completely-equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, featuring a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and essential cooking silverware. The Magnolia North community offers an array of resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool complex, a exercise center, and more. Whether you're calming by the pool, working out in the gym, or simply appreciating the local wildlife, you'll find plenty to keep you entertained and casual.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and all its amenities, including the private balcony. Savor the Myrtlewood Villas resort facilities such as the outdoor pools, indoor pool complex, and exercise center. You also have access to the community's public beach entrance, just a short walk away. Please note that while you can savor the resort amenities, certain areas like the private golf courses are not included in your access.
