Welcome to Magnolia North 105 - located in Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach! This handsome three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is just mins. away from Broadway at the Beach and the famed Myrtle Beach Boulevard & Boardwalk.
When you arrive in this first floor condo, you will find a roomy living area, completely-equipped kitchen, and dining area. There is a private balcony with direct vistas of the pool! In the master bedroom, there is a comfortable queen-size bed with an ample amount of space for your belongings and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. This unit can accommodate up to six guests!
The Magnolia complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. A visit to Broadway at the Beach must be on your "to-do" list while visiting. There are stores, stores, eateries, bars, a movie theater, kiddie rides, and even an upside-down home next door. If shopping pleases you, within mins. of Magnolia Place, you can visit Tanger Outlets, the Coastal Grandiose Mall, and hundreds of beach stores and stores. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has it all!

Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire condo, especially on high touch surfaces. When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Giant Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Enormous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
