When you arrive in this first floor condo, you will find a cavernous living area, entirely-equipped kitchen, and dining area. There is a private balcony with direct vistas of the pool! In the master bedroom, there is a comfortable queen-size bed with an ample amount of space for your belongings and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a flat-screen T.V.. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. This unit can accommodate up to six guests!
The Magnolia complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. A visit to Broadway at the Beach must be on your "to-do" list while visiting. There are stores, stores, eateries, bars, a movie theater, kiddie rides, and even an upside-down home next door. Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire condo, especially on high touch surfaces. When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Extensive Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Sizable Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Giant Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply
