Welcome to Whispering Palms at Maisons-Sur-Mer!!! Our Luxury Penthouse condo is located on the 24th floor, which is considered Ocean Front Living at it's FINEST! This 2BR/2BA Spectacular Penthouse is extremely sizable and roomy with covered balconies off each room featuring expansive vistas of the southern coastline. This open concept condominium is all luxury with the centerpiece being the 6 seat lighted quartzite bar with vistas of both the coast line and wide screened T.V.. The living room has modren modern furnishings, artwork, accessories. Both bedrooms have great ocean vistas also. Oversized sand granite tiles flow through out the entire condominium. Back lit crown molding that changes color is in every room. The ceilings are smooth with led lighting and constructed-in electric shades that provide privacy, yet completely disappear to expose the penthouse view from the 24th floor with the press of a button. The balconies include full expansive view that you can't find anywhere else in Myrtle Beach. The best heated Oceanside pool in Myrtle Beach.

Whispering Palms has isolated split bedroom suites; Master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, two nighttime stands, enormous intelligent TV mounted on the wall, sizable walk in closet and private balcony access. The Guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, bedside table in between the beds, huge Intelligent TV mounted on the wall with cable access, huge walk-in closet and private balcony access. Both bathrooms have been impeccably refreshed with huge glass showers, granite vanities with vessel sinks and granite floor.

LIVING AREA

The living room has fresh modern furnishings, artwork and accessories. It is located with two sitting / conversation areas. While the smaller area has a appreciate seat, two sitting chairs, and a large Intelligent TV mounted on the wall with cable access, the large area has two appreciate seats, two sitting chairs, two tables. Our Grand central living room is the ideal spot to relax or appreciating the BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT vistas, with access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors.

Other in-suite amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, large central living room, central air conditioning and heat, cable TV, WIFI. 3 Flat Screen TV's.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your meals in a modern and completely appointed full-sized kitchen with all NEW stainless steel appliances - range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric can opener. This kitchen is entirely outfitted with all the dishes, pot/pans, silverware which is included for your convenience and use.

When it's time to dine, appreciate our dining area with balcony access & GORGEOUS Oceanfront vistas to accommodate up to 6 guests. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away.

Guest Access:

PARKING:
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two cars per unit during the summer season. Parking permits are REQUIRED & Must be displayed in your car for the duration of your stay. Motorcycles, Recreational Vehicles, and Trailers are PROHIBTED by the Homeowners Association.

The Neighborhood:
Maison Sur Mer is located in the very fashionable Shore Drive section in northern Myrtle Beach. A short walk will bring you to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

-NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.

- Family Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- Events/Extensive groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Generous events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

ALL PARKING PASSES MUST BE RETURNED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 if lost or missing.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Please DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!! Our white linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

Umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
