This condo starts off with two comfortable bedrooms, then leads you to an open kitchen, seating aplenty at the dining room table and last, ta-da! — sweeping ocean vistas from the full-length balcony. Better yet, you’re just a few steps to sinking your toes into the soft sandy shores. This gated community is luxury filled. Sporting 2 indoor pools, 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor/outdoor heated pool, a humongous playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, putting green, a 375 ft lazy river, kids waterpark, 3 health spas that include hot tubs, sauna, and steam rooms, workout gym and of course direct beach access just steps away, plus more .. all at no additional cost. Building has its own set of elevators or you can take the stairs just 1 flight up for simple access.

With sliding door access, you can head straight into the well outfitted kitchen to whip up a meal or into the living room to curl up with a book. This kitchen is completely supplied with everything you can imagine from complete cookware to cooking spices and amenities not typically included in other units. You’re invited to pass around homemade dishes at the impressive dining table with seating for 6. If the chef’s not in the mood to prepare, you could chow down on burgers at the Quarterdeck or order delivery.

The living room provides new luxury couches and recliners for all to relax after a full day on the beach, the biggest can also convert to a queen bed with a tempur-pedic bed. You can opt to surf the net, do online work or game on our private 1gig wifi or watch a movie on the 60" Intelligent TV. Need something to do on those rainy days? We have board games for all ages, a DVD movie library, and the biggest indoor swimming pool of the complex, located in our building.

When bedtime approaches, you can happily head to the surfer's bedroom, which features twin beds with new luxury beds, your own Intelligent TV, closet, tower fans and storage. There's a guest bathroom close by to share a with those sleeping on the queen pull-out couch.
