-Smoking or vaping is stringently prohibited inside the home. We have a zero-tolerance policy and any evidence of smoking or a lingering smell of smoke will result in the loss of your deposit.
-Please keep the doors closed for the comfort and security of all guests.
-A returnable $500 damage deposit is required, which will be returned within 14 days of checkout, included no damages are incurred.
