Our private family lakefront home overlooks Magnolia Lake with handsome ocean vistas from all 3 deck levels. Our home has five bedrooms, three full baths and an outdoor shower. All bedrooms have their own access door to a bathroom. The huge main level deck is ideal for calming in the sun or shade while appreciating the ocean breezes or fishing off your own private deck.

It’s just a short walk to the beach, recreation center and new waterpark. Our home is completely furnished with SMART TV's and cable in every room. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make and serve meals including: microwave, smooth-top range, dishwasher, and all the dishes and cookware you may require. A wet bar is located between the kitchen and living room outfitted with wine glasses. A brand new washer/dryer is also supplied. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach and a gas grille to BBQ. There is covered parking under the home for four cars. We hope you will savor our home as much as we do.

*Bath: Full bath has access door to bedroom and kitchen.

*Bedroom #2: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin bed on top) plus one additional twin bed, Cable SMART flat screen TV, closet, dresser and access door to full bath

* Bedroom #3 - Two Twin beds, Cable, flat screen SMART TV, dresser, closet, and access door to full bath.

* Bedroom #4 - One Queen Bed with deck access to lake and ocean vistas, Cable, flat screen SMART TV, closet, dresser, and access door to full bath.
