This refreshed condo with peaceful vistas of the marsh (from 2 balconies!) is located on Shore Drive. The complex is directly across the street from the ocean which accepts the walk down to the beach to be a breeze. You will also savor being within walking distance to multiple eateries and stores. This is the ideal spot for a family or couple hideaway!

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!

Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 1 (ONE) parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: No elevator. Stairs required. 2nd floor. Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.

Kitchen: Recently updated and entirely supplied! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Access to the calming marsh view balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper couch.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed. TV. Separate balcony.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Double bed & single bed.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.

Pool: Complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations. Complex propane grilles available (first come first serve).

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pool.

The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in the calming Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal, peaceful family vacation.

Guests will have 1 (ONE) parking pass and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 7.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
