This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.

FYI - THE CLEANING FEE YOU PAY TO STAY IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOR SANITIZING AND BASIC CLEANING WHEN YOU DEPART, NOT FOR THROWING FOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE OR DEFECATING AND URINATING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TOILET.
