The upstairs loft is a real favorite with the kids; especially the new 60” Intelligent LED TV! Furnished with a sleeper couch and loveseat, “the loft” has become a kid's home within our home!

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to 78 Exercise, the Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere within Kingston Plantation.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-nighttime reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the villa, on the screened in porch or rooftop deck. Animals are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation HOA Update: Trailer parking is not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed past the front gate. Limited onsite parking for motorbikes is available, just outside the front gate.

Finding the best rental value:

• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.

Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
