Magnolia North: Condo has newly been refreshed with new HVAC unit, washer, dryer and Flooring. 1 bedroom and 1 and a half bath condo has great vistas of the close by pool. This freshly updated condo has all the amenities of home. Condo has a new flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. This unit has one king bed and pullout couch. Condo is surrounded by the lush , rolling fairways of Myrtlewood golf club. Conveniently located close to Myrtle Beach convention center and Myrtle Beach international airport. Minutes from the beach and entertainment from Broadway at the beach, Barefoot landing and Grandiose Coastal Mall.
