Pristine freshly refreshed cavernous 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home in the award winning Ocean Lakes! Just a 3 min. walk to the beach! Sleeps up to 11 guests. Parking for 6 cars! A entirely covered golf cart included! Open and airy floor plan, completely outfitted kitchen with all new appliances and soft close cabinets, 2 fridges and ice maker. Lots of cabinet space, sizable island sink with garbage disposal, hideaway trash can, under counter lighting and a lighted dishwasher with a 3rd big utensil rack. 2 complimentary dishwasher pods are located under the sink for your convenience. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or baking including a microwave and Air Fryer. A complimentary Keurig/traditional 12 Cup Coffee maker combo with an assortment of Keurig flavors is available for those early morning coffee moments on the calming very huge covered front deck that wraps around to the side door.

Free WiFi and Spectrum TV throughout the home. Each bedroom has a 40 inch intelligent TV with all your favorite viewing apps. Ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room. The front porch offers relaxing string lights that turn on with just a switch, remote control lighted ceiling fan and recessed lighting. A great place to appreciate our 60 inch intelligent TV. The living room is open to the dining and kitchen area and roomy with plenty of seating, including a recliner. It has a 50 inch TV for your viewing enjoyment.

The additional huge master bedroom comes with a king size bed, a recliner in the sitting area and a DVD player. The private full master bath has double sinks, enormous shower, a separate vanity light over the sinks and a complimentary blow dryer.

The next bedroom has 2 twin beds with a trundle bed to make 3 very comfortable beds. The twins have California King pillow top beds. If communicated at the time of booking these very comfortable twins can be converted into a California King size bed with the trundle bed still accessible. Just let us know! This bedroom also comes with it's own private full bathroom with tub/shower. Vanity with huge medicine cabinet is separate from the toilet/ shower room to maximize time getting ready to go out with family or friends.

Bedroom 3 and 4 are both spacious with queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has a door to the front deck. The 3rd full bathroom is a tub/shower with a sizable medicine cabinet directly beside both bedrooms. All bathrooms are supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper and liquid soap.
The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 as well as 4 stools that can be used at the open bar kitchen area.

There is a full size washer and dryer with 2 complimentary laundry pods to get you started. The laundry room has complimentary cleaning supplies and the closet in the twin bed room is equipped with brooms, and a vacuum for those unexpected accidents.

There is an outside shower next to the deck with hot/cold water. The yard is spacious with an area located in the back equipped with a propane gas grille and sitting area. The bench converts to a picnic table if you prefer, The propane is supplied for you, our treat!

Our home is located just 2 blocks from the water park and just 10 homes to the playground, basketball, volleyball and shuffle board courts, as are cornhole and horse shoe pits! We are located on a spacious lot and spacious street. The palm trees in the front yard help make it your own Peaceful Heaven!

Departure cleaning fee and linen service is $200 and mandatory. The linens are complimentary and includes all bed linens, 11 bath towels, 11 washcloths, hand towels for each bathroom, kitchen towels and bath mats.

You have to be 25 to rent and present the entire time.

You must be 21 to drive the golf cart and we must have a copy of all driver licenses.

No family pets.

No smoking or vaping inside. Please do not dispose any smoking apparatus in the yard, bushes, flowers or driveway. Ashtrays available on the front porch.

No large events allowed. This is a family home.
