One of the things we adore about Ocean Escape Condos by Landmark Resort is the convenient location, which is on the second row of Ocean Boulevard and a fast walk to the beach. The property is newly constructed and is located centrally in Myrtle Beach, making it painless to get to places on both the south end and north ends of Myrtle Beach. We are just a short ride away from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and so much more that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this resort is in the city center and near the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early.
