The gorgeously kept condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper couch. The main bedroom is oceanside with access to the outdoor deck and window vistas overlooking the pool area. The main bathroom is a generously refreshed private bath with gorgeous walk-in shower. The other bedroom is twins with access to use the shared hall tub/shower combination.

The family room is open concept with a wall of sunny windows and a enormous corner desk and chair if you need to get work done during your stay. Sensational new kitchen cabinetry, appliances and sleek granite and tile backsplash will make cooking a enjoyment even though you are on vacation. The kitchen has 3 bar stools for breakfast and also has a table for dining. The sliding doors lead to a covered deck with chairs to overlook the pool and see the white caps of the Atlantic ocean. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Just beyond the dunes, only steps down the beach path, savor amazing days in the sun. Guests are welcome to use any of the beach supplies in the unit. Savor shopping at Tanger Outlets, Walmart, Kroger (grocery) stores, just to mention a few. Enjoy the many sites, attractions, golf, marina and eateries at Barefoot Landing, located just mins. away in North Myrtle beach. Or head South, 15 mins., and appreciate Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball, Wonder Works, Ripley's aquarium, Myrtle Waves waterpark, helicopter rides, go-cart race tracks and much, much more.
**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in close by areas. The project will run – Myrtle Beach to State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is allowed for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. **
