Perfectly located and conveniently accessible by foot from the Ocean Annies, a terrific place to appreciate live music by the beach in a great ambiance! Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the Beach are within a short drive from Broadway. A short drive gets you to many of the area's well-known eateries, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO GYM ACCESS FOR THIS CONDO.
NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.
