Great condo in a gorgeous Resort, located on the first floor, a few mins. walk to the beach, close to stores eateries and other attractions, gated community with an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub, and some other attractions for kids.

The Space:
1st floor, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo with 1 queen bed and pullout couch in the living room.

Guest Access:
*Free parking on property with parking pass only. (Parking pass will wait for you at the apartment).
*No mailbox for this location.
*Freeopen WiFi and cable TV
*Coin operated laundry room available

Other Things to Note:
*Parking pass required (only one provide, must be returned back to the room after checkout)
*Please review my home rules.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
