**Quick things to note:
- This condo is on the 3rd floor (top floor) and access is by stairs only. We do offer a grocery stocking service so you don't have to worry with bringing groceries upstairs & putting them away. Alternatively, Walmart Spark does deliver from across the street to the condo door.
- 2 parking passes are available (paid at the gate or before arrival via the resort website) We have no affiliation with the resort parking costs, the money obtained for parking is for the security guards.
- As a family owned condo we appreciate to help families make the best out of their stay. Our management company offers frequently needed items like: kid's eating silverware, a highchair, pack & play (with sheets), and infant tub. You may request any of these items or all, to be available for your use at the condo.
- For the months of May 1st - August 1st: Our management company provides beach towels for the listed quantity of people on the reservation, sunscreen, aloe vera, a modest cooler and ice pack. Also included is a modest beach gear bag (usually sunglasses, a bag for seashells, Beach ball, etc) for kids listed on the reservation. Items in this bag may change.
- We welcome stays to celebrate birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, etc. However, we ask that you do not host "home events" in the condo. This will result in immediate evacuation with no refund, and any applicable costs charged. The Five Seasons Area (where our condo is) has a building for use with table/chairs, vending machines, the indoor pool, etc and it is the ideal spot to host gatherings.
- The resort does not allow family pets of any kind. If you are found to have a pet, you will be charged an broad cleaning fee.
- The first Thursday of each month is when pest control comes. The center manager for the resort does walk around with pest to each door. Pest must be allowed to enter the condo (it takes less than about 2 mins). Refusal for them entering the property will result in a charge to us. That charge will be passed to the guest. You do not have to be there, however they usually get the condo around 10:30-11am
