NEW LISTING!! Updates finished winter 2023/24!
Welcome to the beach! This sizable, really oceanfront condo at the Carolinian Resort features your own private balcony, and a private bedroom. Appreciate cooking in the condo with a full-size, well-outfitted kitchen suited for a nighttime in! Step out on the balcony for vistas of the beach from North Carolina to Garden City Beach! Guests will also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer!
The Carolinian Resort is known for being one of the top condo complexes in Myrtle Beach, with seasonally enclosed indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub. Laundry and complimentary wifi are both supplied in your unit for your added comfort.
Myrtle Beach is the Mini-Golf capital of the world, with over 50 courses open during the peak summer season. Myrtle Beach also has over 1,700 eateries for you to discover, as well as shows for tons of family fun at Medieval Times, Pirate's Voyage, and more for the grown-ups!
**Winter 2023 update: The spa/hot tub has a leak in a pipe that is sleeved inside a concrete wall. The spa/hot tub is so close in proximity to the wall that the hot tub will need to be dug out to complete the repairs. It was decided to forego the repairs (due to a heavy noise and debris) until after Labor Day. Also in order to ensure a more fun experience for guests, it has been decided to replace the entire spa/hot tub, and the new 10 seat spa/hot tub that will double the size of the existing body of water.
During this time, we encourage you to discover other amenities within the resort, such as the other swimming pools and the gorgeous surrounding areas. Please keep in mind the reciprocal agreement with Bluegreen Resort's Carolina Grande, located across the street from Carolinian, accepting guests to use their amenities as well. **

Tricks and tips to get the very best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your rental property in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Booking websites often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Select a group lead, select your vacation dates, and choose a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your family needs. NEW!! 14th Floor DELUXE1br\/1ba Oceanfront Condo w Washer\/Dryer in Myrtle Beach has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible on booking pages. If not, contact the property management company before booking the rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out what is right for your group.
- Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or charges might be applied to your contract.
Advice for your stay:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. Store the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a terrific source for finding the best local attractions.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a excellent vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
