Other things to note:
Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an additional resort fee for exclusive access. As our guest, you are unable to access these areas; however, with the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit with a modest processing fee or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Our top Rental home booking tips and tricks:
Cost saving strategies:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Selecting and booking your prefect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Select a group leader, choose your vacation week, and select a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Oceanfront! 3 Bedrooms w/ Pools & Lazy River! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the host before you book the vacation home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what is suitable for your trip.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you are enamored with, browse properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or may be applied to your invoice.
During your stay:
- We recommend storing the owner's contact information in your smartphone.
- Record any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few problems.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific source for finding the best local spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would at home.
- Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a fantastic stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
