This is a true 12th floor Ocean Front condo where you can savor great beach vistas, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

This condo offers 2 Queen size beds in the bedroom plus a Full size Murphy bed and a sleep couch in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

You are allowed 1 parking space for a 1 Bedroom condo on this property.

Savor the ocean as well as spectacular sunset vistas from your 12th floor condo and balcony as well as our many indoor and outdoor pools that are heated year-round including our hot tubs, kids splash areas, a sun deck and much more.

We offer a huge bedroom with 2 queen beds to comfortably sleep up to 4. There is also a sleep couch in the living room that will sleep 2 more plus a full-size Murphy bed to comfortably sleep 2 more. A murphy bed is a bed that collapses into the wall when not in use. It has a full-size bed with no uncomfortable bars in your back. During the day it's a kitchen table for 4 and at nighttime it comfortably transforms into a bed. It's very simple to use. Just pull the handle then push up in the morning.

Only a matter of steps when you walk off the elevator to the pools, hot tub or the beach!

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only mins.' drive to many of the most trendy activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus complimentary disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with many mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras allowed within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No family pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, events, or enormous gatherings.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a max. of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a max. limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, additional amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our prices competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/kids in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/kids in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best value, shift your family's Myrtle Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
