The kitchen has been completely modernized in 2024. It is entirely equipped should you choose to prepare rather than try some of the 1400 eateries in the area. Located on the 2nd floor of the Brigadune, we think it's the ideal condo for people who make frequent trips back and forth to the beach or pool.
We provide linens (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels), so you only need to bring your beach towels! We have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Also, you may choose to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguard on duty (summer months only).
The Brigadune is on Shore Drive and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the striking Lake Singleton to the west. The building offers many amenities, including an outdoor pool, picnic area with gas grilles, outdoor shower, deck, secure lobby, elevators, and plenty of on-site parking.
Myrtle Beach has something for everybody ranging from championship golf courses, unique shopping destinations such as Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach, and Market Common, live entertainment, and over 1400 eateries.

Tips and Tricks to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Get the most from your budget:
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your vacation home in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guide magazines contain coupons for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Choosing the best vacation home:
- Start by selecting vacation dates and a budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Renovated Kitchen! Beautiful Ocean Views 2B Brigadune! Perfect Location has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often accessible online. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before you reserve your rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine what configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
- Some properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
Know before you go:
- Add the owner's information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would at home.
- To make sure damages aren't attributed to your stay, inspect for any problem areas when you arrive. E-mail the rental manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your life at home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
