A beautiful view of the ocean is what you get here! Watch the sunrise over the ocean or the enormous pod of dolphins that swim around out front on a regular basis. This condo is on the 10th floor, so you can see the ocean for miles around you. You can’t beat the view!

THE CONDO:
There is plenty of room for sleeping with 2 comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and a double Murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen has a granite countertop, stovetop, convection microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also one and a half bathrooms for your convenience.
THE GOLDEN MILE:
The stretch of Ocean Boulevard that runs from about 31st North Avenue to 52nd Avenue North is nicknamed The Golden Mile because this esteemed area is composed of mostly private beachfront homes. The condo being just north of this area means that you get to appreciate an uncrowded beach which is only steps away, and you are also centrally located to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. When you discover this section of Myrtle Beach you, like many visitors, will want to return year after year.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is by the sea.
