The stretch of Ocean Boulevard that runs from about 31st North Avenue to 52nd Avenue North is nicknamed The Golden Mile because this esteemed area is composed of mostly private beachfront homes. The condo being just north of this area means that you get to appreciate an uncrowded beach which is only steps away, and you are also centrally located to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
