We use bed bug preventative bed and pillow covers! Pride of ownership! OUTDOORS: Covered Patio with furnishings, gorgeous golf course view. Pool and BBQ grille at the gazebo onsite near building by Cypress Point Ct. There are also multiple other golf courses very close by, River Oaks, Pine Lakes, Arrowhead Golf Courses to name a few in this Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach.

Must be 25 years old to rent. Photo ID required. The person/persons booking must be at least one of the people staying in the condo. Additional costs and taxes could apply. $250 charge if smoke or pets detected by housekeeper. Minors must be accompanied to pool. If Pool key is lost, there is a $150 charge.

When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
