The Space:

Welcome to Ocean Dunes located in handsome Myrtle Beach, SC! This is ocean view resort, so not only will you appreciate the view from your balcony but it will only take a few mins. to get down to the beach.



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: Painless access private parking lot/garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad. No front desk required. Please be advised that there is a ring camera.



Living area: Stunning Vistas!



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bedroom 3: Two queen beds.



Bathrooms: 3.5 bathrooms. Great perk!



Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed view.



Beach: Walk a few mins. over to the striking shoreline.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines in unit.



Pool: Guests will have access to an outdoor pool (April-October)



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves (other than locked owner drawers/closets) along with an outdoor pool (April-October).

2 parking passes are supplied for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



Per HOA rules, there is no smoking of any type or use of any tobacco products within 30 feet of the building.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
