The condo has been completely redecorated in 2023 and freshly finished with wood floor throughout. The condo benefits from a handsome high-end kitchen with luxury granite counters, white shaker cabinets, full size modern stainless steel appliances and every convenience a prepare could want. The condo offers upgraded flat screen TV's wired cable channels and a Roku stick to enable access to guest Netflix, Disney plus Hulu etc accounts.

The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the enormous balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, pillow-top beds and 600 thread-count luxury pure bamboo linens. This condo is privately owned and units are stringently available through private rental agreement with the owner, NOT through the resort management company Island Vista Holding Company LLC. The resort management company offers a bell-service, room service and snow-bird activities that are not available to private rental guests. ALL resort amenities (pools, gardens, gym, parking garage, restaurant etc) ARE ALL available for private guests without restriction. The host provides a private bags cart in the condo for guests to use, pool towels etc to provide replacement convenience for private guests unable to use the management company items.
