☆ Check-In Process: You’ll check in using a intelligent lock. The code will be sent to you prior to your arrival for easy, keyless access.

☆ Air Conditioning: The condo is equipped with central AC. The thermostat is located in the living room. Please adjust it to your comfort.

☆ Pool Tags: You’ll find pool tags in the condo. Be sure to wear them when using the pool areas.

☆ Grilling: Grilling is not allowed on the balcony, but you are welcome to use the designated BBQ areas with charcoal grilles.

☆ Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the dumpsters located on the property. Trash bags should be securely tied and placed in the designated bins.

As outlined by the community guidelines, please follow these rules to ensure a safe and fun experience for all.

- Bookings must be made by the guest who will be staying. Third-event reservations are stringently prohibited and will be canceled, in line with Vacation Rental By Owner policy.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. We reserve the right to request valid proof of age before confirming your reservation.
- Occupancy: 6 people is our max. number of guests allowed as per the law.
- No Smoking & No Animals
- Please observe peaceful hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Strict noise ordinance enforced and violations will incur a $100 fine.
- NO trailers, campers, mobile homes, motor homes, buses, jet skis, boats, recreational equipment, trailer mounted catering equipment, motorbikes, slingshot style cars, mopeds or commercial cars shall be parked or stored on the property at any time.
- Grilling: Use designated charcoal grilles in shared picnic areas only. Cooking and grilling on balconies is prohibited.
- No Parties: Parties, events, and huge gatherings are not allowed.
- Pool Rules: Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM. Guests must wear pool bracelets. Your reservation includes six pool tags. A $100 fee applies for each lost tag.
- Speed Limit: The speed limit within the community is 10 MPH.
- Pest Control: If pest control is scheduled during your stay, kindly allow the staff into the unit. If unoccupied, the staff will use a one-time access code to complete treatment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pest-complimentary property.
- No Fireworks: Fireworks are stringently prohibited on the property.
