• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
