Just outside the resort are hundreds of eateries close by, Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel, fishing piers, golf courses and more!  This resort is ideal for guests who enjoy being in the middle of all the town has on offer while appreciating the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Couples, friends, and snowbirds alike can enjoy the comfort the resort, cooking meals and soaking in the sun or getting out and about to all the town has to offer close by.

-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.

-Drip coffee maker located in unit.
-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st
-1 parking pass allowed.
-No golfcarts/motorbikes/trailers allowed.
-No Family Animals Accepted
-Check in Information will be sent 3 days prior to check in
-NOTE-**This is a privately owned unit, guests do not have access to the onsite restaurant or bar.**
-This unit is located on the 6th floor
-Coin operated laundry room on site.

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.
-Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

5. No Pets Accepted. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
