Private Rental Exclusions
Guests may use the outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub at the Brighton Tower during their stay. However, the Kingston Plantation Resort exercise center facilities, Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

Daily housekeeping services are not included however arrangements may be made at an additional cost.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony. Family Animals are not allowed at any time.

Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast, is adjacent to the Kingston Plantation resort. The bait & tackle shop, arcade games, casual dining and nightly live entertainment throughout the summer make it a great place to go. The Myrtle Beach Airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away!

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.

Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony.
