Our handsome 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers expansive ocean vistas with calming ocean breezes from the enormous private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A entirely equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.

This exceptional decorated condominium has a huge master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional couch, flat screen TV and striking ocean vistas.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is included.

House events and Groups: House events and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
