Comments from a recent guest:
Dear Joe,
Thank you so much for accepting us to rent the Seawatch condo last week. We thoroughly adored our time there! The vistas from the unit are amazing, as you promised. The condo is well equipped and the large TV was a additional. It was nice to be able to use my iPod, as well. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed. I am now encouraging (he calls it "nagging"!!) my husband to get a pillowtop bed!
We also appreciated many local attractions throughout the week such as mini golf, Medieval Times, NASCAR, aquarium, shopping, shopping, shopping. My husband went fishing with a tour group based in Little River, as well. The best part was really spending quality time as a family walking along the beach and picking up shells. Life can be hectic so this "down" time was really
appreciated.
Thank you once again. You are really blessed to have this property as your own.
Sincerely,
TL

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Finding your perfect rental:
- June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
- The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Choosing and booking your prefect Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Begin by choosing your trip dates and a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Newly Renovated Direct Oceanfront 3BR/2BA Condo With Large Wrap Around Balcony! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the host before you book your home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out which bed configuration is suitable for your group.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.
During your stay:
- Store the host's information in your smartphone.
- To make sure damages are not linked to your stay, inspect the property for any problem areas upon check in. text the property manager immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be useful.
- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
