You get the whole home with a private driveway, a big patio deck, and a big private backyard with corn hole and life-size connect games. The home has new floor and comes entirely furnished with new furnishings, two comfortable new king-size beds, and two full-size bunk beds. It has two 65" 4K TVs with YoutubeTV, Peacock, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. There are life-size games, board games, and two dedicated workspaces (one has two giant 24" monitors and a docking station). Appreciate grilling and playing games on the back patio. It's a 3-4 mins walking distance to the beach and fishing pier. Amusement parks, eateries, and shopping are within walking distance.
