This is a unique 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on a corner lot in Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Freshly remodeled, site MH32C, in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Enormous decks on both levels of the home. MH32C offers an extended outside living area with TV, Gas Grille, new furnishings, outdoor fire place, bar area, game tables, and outdoor refrigerator.
Tasteful interior decorating with granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. TV's in all bedrooms. Entirely equipped kitchen with filtered water system and stainless steel appliances. Accommodates 9 with a King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a bunk that has a Full on the bottom and Twin on top.

All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/nighttime, per car fee which is paid to ocean lakes (if not done in advance with the express parking it is $15). This parking pass accepts ALL visitors to savor ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.

Spend your days calming on the porch, swimming in the ocean or appreciating the new water park.

Wake up to a beautiful day and appreciate breakfast with your family on the nice covered deck. Continue your day at the beach, pools, and water park. Play putt-putt golf or just ride the golf cart and discover the campground. Appreciate all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer.

We take pride in our homes at Ocean Lakes by keeping them well maintained and clean for your enjoyment. The home is checked before and after each rental to ensure the home is clean and ready for next renter.
One golf cart is supplied with this property. You must be 21 or older have a valid driver’s license and be staying at this property to drive the golf cart. This is a family campground and therefore only families are considered. No smoking inside the home. Please smoke outside- both upstairs and downstairs deck to relax and smoke. A gas grille is available and located on the bottom deck home.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground has numerous elegant pools, including the new water park amenities at Sandy Harbor. A enormous sun deck that includes reclining chairs for sunbathing and multiple kiddie pools and Sandy Harbor Splash Zone. The pool deck is surrounded by landscaping and is part of the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center with bathrooms and changing areas. Savor a meal or snack at Sandy Harbor Cafe adjacent to the pools and Sandy Harbor Mini-Golf. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Ocean Lakes takes great care with its pools, which are serviced daily. The “All-Seasons” indoor pool is open year round and is heated in the winter time. Water aerobics have become very fashionable throughout the year with guests of all ages.
