• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel complimentary to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• No family pets allowed.
• No smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies for violations.
• No home events. No groups under the age of 25.
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. While we aim for 4 PM availability, it cannot be guaranteed.
• Ocean Blue stringently prohibits motorbikes, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers.
• Cancellation Policy: A 60-day written notice via e-mail is required for cancellations. A $150 fee applies. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit all monies paid. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
