• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• No Animals and No Smoking in the unit or on the property—violations are subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee
• No House Parties or Groups Under 25
• Ocean Blue stringently prohibits motorbikes, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any car
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available by 4 PM, but delays can occur
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific dates and availability

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
