Ocean Blue 501 is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo, ideally located on the South end of Myrtle Beach. Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. Visitors return year after year to appreciate this cavernous condo and relax on the huge balcony looking over the ocean!

Ocean Blue does not allow motorbikes, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY cars. The parking garage clearance is 7FT.

All guests must sign an Affordable Giant Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Sizable Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

  • To book the best rental within your budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to stimulate future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be objective.
