⚠️ IMPORTANT PARKING & ENTRY PASS NOTICE (READ BEFORE BOOKING)

• If your reservation is made 10+ days before arrival, parking and gate entry passes will be mailed to you for easy access.

• If you book less than 10 days before arrival, you must pick up passes from our local office lockbox before check-in, as passes are required at the gate for entry.

Please plan accordingly to ensure seamless arrival. (2 to 3 miles commute by car, typically a 5-10 min. drive depending on traffic)



• Resort entry parking passes are included BEFORE arrival and MUST be visible in all cars at check-in to enter the property to check in to the condo.



• Beach gear not supplied, but seasonal units available from lifeguards

• Monthly preventative pest control may occur during your stay
