Parking
• The parking garage is compact. Please keep this in mind when planning what car to take. It will not fit any enormous or upsized cars.
• There is a parking lot for over-sized cars longer than 16 Feet (192 inches). Space is limited and is first-come, first-served. A spot cannot be guaranteed.
• The onsite building management will ticket and tow cars that are under the dimensions listed above that are parked in the oversize lot.
• No Motorcycles are allowed.
• We are not responsible for ticketed or towed cars. Please read the signage thoroughly and be respectful; of Ocean Forest Plaza's parking regulations. This will ensure that everybody gets to savor their vacation without complications!
Things to know
• The guests will have access to on-site laundry facilities on the 7th floor for added convenience.
• This building does not allow renters to have trailers, golf carts, or motorbikes.

Please be advised that Ocean Forest Plaza is currently undergoing a waterproofing construction project that affects exterior walls and balconies.
• Please do not place or leave any furnishings, plants, decorations, or personal belongings on the balcony.
• Construction activity may cause some noise and temporary access or parking restrictions.
• Please follow all posted signs and instructions around the property.
• Parking restrictions are in effect beginning October 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Please park only in designated spaces. Vehicles in restricted or unauthorized areas are subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense, without warning.
• Construction Timeframe: Waterproofing work is scheduled from October 5 through November 20, 2026. The exact timing will depend on your building/room stack, and dates may change due to weather or construction conditions. We enjoy your patience and understanding during this work.

• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• No family pets are allowed.
• No events are allowed.
• No smoking allowed, including E-cigarettes or vape pens (this includes the balcony).
