Summary:
This impressive beach home is located in a relaxing section of our beach, near Shore Drive. You will experience vistas: the 11th green of Dune Golf & Beach Club and a calming marsh. Allowing for these vistas and just a short walk to the beach, this home has it ALL. You will appreciate the cavernous patios and decks that provide a spot for peaceful relaxation and family gatherings!

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!

Parking: Private driveway/under home parking. No street parking allowed.

Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad.

Living Area: Roomy couch & additional seating! Ideal for the whole family.

Kitchen: Entirely outfitted! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Bedroom 1 - One king bed.

Bedroom 2 - One queen bed.

Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds.

Bathrooms - 2 full bathrooms.

Washer & Dryer - Private machines!

Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!

Patios/Balconies/Decks: Tons of space to savor the water vistas and peaceful sounds of close by nature.

Beach: Short walk to close by beach access.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home for themselves and the complex shared pool. Except private locked owners closets.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: close by grounds, sidewalks, complex pool, etc.

Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control is on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The HOA requires entry for the technician.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Max guest count is 6.

1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
