This rental does NOT include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Vehicles. They do not accept reservations.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not supplied in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 1 car at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a returnable damage deposit.

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

Prices and costs are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.

No smoking in the home.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

This vacation home is located in Surfside Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach, while Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are popular area attractions. Ripley's Aquarium and Myrtle Waves are not to be missed.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
