• Living Room: One full-size Murphy bed that folds down from the wall.
• Living Room: One full-size pullout couch bed.

Please note that the two full-size beds are located in the living room. One is a Murphy bed, and the other is a pullout couch bed. These are not two separate traditional beds in the bedroom.

House Rules & Important Information

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No Family Animals or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.

No Parties or Substantial Gatherings: Events, events, or sizable group gatherings are not allowed such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Additional Charges: Additional costs and taxes may apply.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

Property Access & Restrictions

The HOA stringently prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal golf carts. There is motorcycle parking across the street in the overflow lot. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your car as unauthorized cars may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

Additional Notes

Housekeeping & Pest Policy:
No daily housekeeping. Fresh linens and a starter supply of essentials are supplied at check-in.
Monthly pest control is in place; however, occasional pest sightings may occur due to the coastal environment.
Bed Bug Policy:
All units are routinely inspected, including after each stay. Any concerns must be reported immediately through the booking platform with supporting documentation. Unverified or false claims may result in inspection costs billed to the guest.

Pool & Parking Items: Pool wristbands and parking passes must be returned at check-out. Replacement costs may apply for lost or missing items.
