Our premium ocean view villa at Brighton Tower is a water lover’s heaven. The resort features a handsome pool deck with an outdoor pool, sun loungers, and hot tub. There is also direct beach access to have your toes in the sand in seconds. Additionally, guests can use Beach Pool on the oceanfront between North Hampton and South Hampton, as well as the St. James Pool, all conveniently located in Kingston Plantation! The famed Apache Pier offers an oceanfront seafood restaurant for some authentic Calabash seafood, and Ocean Annie`s is just a short walk further down the beach and offers live music on the oceanfront deck in season.

-This unit is located on the 15th floor
-No use of the exercise center allowed. MegaFitness is located down the road.
-Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap included.
-Brighton guests have access to 3 pools: The Brighton pool, located in the footprint of the building; The oceanfront pool, located between North & South Hampton; The pool located right near St. James Park.
-No washer/dryer available for use.
-One parking pass supplied, no additional passes will be allowed.
-Motorcycles can park in designated parking near the entrance.
-Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grandiose Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our villa, which features gorgeous vistas of the ocean from our 15th floor “perch in paradise” private balcony.

Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to appreciate the best of both towns while still having the tranquility and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the impressive Atlantic ocean and sights of the famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! If you need suggestions on where to go, what to do, or where to dine, let us know - we`ll be happy to give you recommendations on some local favorites!

Getting Around:
Top rated location and complimentary parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.


1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
