This spotless condo has been completely modernized and upgraded. The entirely equipped granite and stainless appliance kitchen with dishwasher, tiled backsplash has just about anything else you need. From a Keurig to Crock Pot you are covered. Professionally decorated throughout the oceanfront living room includes a new couch and chair, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with cable, dinette table and sliding door to your oceanfront private balcony. The bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, ceiling fan and flat screen. The striking bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower with granite vanity top and cabinets for anything you bring along. There are upgrades throughout this handsome unit. Bring a book and relax on the oceanfront balcony and listen to the ocean. You may even take a nap. All you need is a bathing suit and beach towels. Condo is limited to no more than 2 guests only. We are the only HOA approved onsite condo manager.
