All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged).

Free onsite parking garage (you can also park right outside your door). On property, parking is available and supplied. 2-Bedroom Suites will receive 2 Parking Permits at check-in.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.

Extra services such as early check-ins, late check-outs, charming packages, birthday packages are available.

ADDITIONAL FEES: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional costs are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspection, and office teams and often inconvenience our next incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

NON SMOKING: Camelot by the Sea is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE UNIT: Violators will be subject to a minimum of a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs may pertain.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire with us directly for more information on the availability of these units.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is given during the dates of your stay for our area, the Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

• In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
