★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★
* Are there any hidden costs? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can facilitate beach chair/umbrella/beach towel/infant furnishings units, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
* Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
* Is parking supplied? Yes, parking is complimentary for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
* Are there pool armbands? MAYBE - Pool armbands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough.
* Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
* Do you allow family pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
* Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
* Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchenette is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
* Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.

Rental booking tips and tricks:
Sticking to a rental home budget:
- The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To find the best value, change your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
- Property managers often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides that include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Finding the perfect vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Select a group lead, choose your dates, and select a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Beachfront! Pool, Lazy River & More! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the host before reserving the rental. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You'll need to establish which bed configuration is suitable for your trip.
- Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property manager about your furry family members before booking.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you long to visit, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.
More considerations for your visit:
- We recommend storing the owner's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many issues.
- Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- To make sure no damages are linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas during arrival. text the rental manager right away to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific source for finding the best local attractions.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a terrific time? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
